Activate Account

Please do the following if you have not received an email for activating your Synology Account:

  1. Check your spam folders
    It is possible that the email was accidentally marked as spam. Look for an email sent from Synology with the following subject line: 'Synology Account - Activate your account'.
  2. Create a contact in your email address book
    If you cannot find the email in your spam folder, please try adding noreply@synologynotification.com to your address book and then request for another activation email.
  3. Contact your email service provider
    If you still cannot receive the email, it is possible that your email service provider has incorrectly blocked the emails sent from Synology Account. Please inform your email provider to allow emails from noreply@synologynotification.com to be delivered to your email address.
